By using 01k.exchange services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review this document carefully before initiating an exchange.
1.1. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between 01k.exchange ("Service", "We") and users ("User", "You") accessing our non-custodial cryptocurrency exchange platform.
1.2. The Service facilitates cryptocurrency conversion to fiat currencies (USD, EUR, PLN, UAH), bank cards (Visa, Mastercard, Revolut), cash desk delivery in 50+ cities, and crypto-to-crypto swaps.
1.3. User account registration is not required to complete standard transactions.
2.1. The User selects the conversion direction, volume, and provides destination settlement coordinates (card number, IBAN, or cash desk location).
2.2. The Service locks the quoted exchange rate for up to 60 minutes from order creation to allow for on-chain deposit confirmation.
2.3. Payout to card or physical cash collection is released immediately after required blockchain confirmations (1 confirmation for BTC, TON, Solana, TRC-20).
3.1. The User is solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of recipient account details, wallet addresses, and destination network parameters.
3.2. Where a refund is warranted under applicable AML/risk protocols, funds are returned to the originating wallet address minus standard blockchain network miner fees.
